Próximo ano daremos mais um passo na informatização e avanço tecnológico das eleições. Três municípios irão utilizar o novo sistema de identificação do eleitor. A identificação Biométrica.

A Urna Biométrica identifica o eleitor através de sua impresão digital. Todos os eleitores são cadastrados em um banco de dados juntamente com sua digital e foto. O eleitor, ao chegar em sua sessão de votação, identifica-se no leitor biométrico liberando então a urna para receber o voto. Caso haja algum problema na leitura da digital ou dúvida quanto a identidade do eleitor, o mesário terá a sua disposição a folha de votação com as fotos de todos os eleitores daquela seção. Podendo assim também identificar o eleitor.

Agora pra votar no lugar de outra pessoa, só cortando sua mão!

The Biometric Ballot indentifies the voter by his finger printers. Every voter data must be recorded into a database having his finger print information and his picture. The voter, when arrives at his vote site, identify himself to the biometric reader that releases his ballot. If there is some problem with the digital reading or some doubt about the id of the voter, will be available to the election agent the vote sheet, with the information and photo of the people whose votes on that site. So he also can identify the voter to let his ballot.
